By using Top of St. Louis, you agree to these terms. They are written plainly because we would rather you read them than scroll past. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

Read anything. Link to anything. Quote anything with credit. The site runs for human readers, not for scraping.

What we ask you not to do: scrape content at scale (even if it is freely served), bypass rate limits, republish substantial portions of our editorial copy without explicit permission, or impersonate editorial staff. Do not use the site to do anything illegal.

The editorial content, guides, rankings, commentary, and photography we commission, is owned by Top Rated Network LLC and its contributors. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link back. Republishing whole pieces requires permission.

Restaurant data (names, addresses, hours, reviews, photos sourced from Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Google) is licensed to us by those platforms under their API terms. Their ownership is unchanged by our displaying it, and their attribution requirements are honored on every page where it appears.

When you submit a correction, a business claim, a tip, or any other content through our forms, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that submission to operate and improve the site. You warrant that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

We do not pay for unsolicited submissions. If we use your tip to update a listing, you will get our thanks and, if you asked for one, a reply.

Restaurant owners may claim their listing and update hours, photos, menus, and contact details. A claim does not affect the ranking or editorial coverage of the business, it never has and never will.

Claims go through verification to prevent fraudulent claims. If we cannot verify the claim, we will tell you what is missing and let you try again.

We run advertising separate from the editorial product. No advertiser can influence the ranking, content, or inclusion of any restaurant on this site.

We work hard to keep data current. Restaurants close, chefs leave, hours change. We do not guarantee that every piece of information on the site is accurate at the moment you read it. Call ahead if it matters.

Rankings are editorial opinions informed by data. They are not consumer-protection certifications, endorsements, or warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Rated Network LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including dining disappointments.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

If we change these terms substantively, the updated date at the top changes, and the change is noted in the next newsletter before it takes effect.
